Southwest Aquatic Team-Swim America Refund/Credit/Make Up Policy

 

When enrolled in a lesson, the participant is reserving space, time and staffing regardless of whether the participant attends the lesson. When special circumstances arise where participation is not possible, the participant may request an account credit, a refund or a make-up date. Contact the program director with your situation and request. All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds: Refunds are granted only in extreme situations. If the participant requests a refund, there will be a 7% transaction fee applied.

 

Credits: If the participant requests a credit, the amount owed will be credited to the participants account in full. The credit can be used towards future swim lesson offerings.

 

Make Up Date: If the participant requests a make-up lesson, a date and time will be agreed upon between the Program Director and the participant. 

 

Pool Closures: In the event that the pool must close due to inclement weather or a maintenance emergency, every effort will be made to find an alternate location to run lessons on that specific day. If no alternative is available, participants will be credited a prorated amount for the canceled lesson. An attempt will also be made to schedule a make-up lesson. Those enrolled in the affected class will be notified via email of any changes to the schedule.
